Offical Bahamas Cruise Drawing Rules: To enter, there is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. For a chance to win the Grand Prize complete the entry form and complete one or more free no obligation information requests. Only one entry per family and household during the promotion period. Odds of winning is determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will not be held until a minimum of 7500 valid entries is reached. Drawing will be conducted by an executive representative of Elink Media, Inc. who will draw one winner of the Grand Prize at random.
Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this promotion. This promotion does not discriminate against anyone participating based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees of Elink Media, Inc and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children & their spouses), advertising agencies, sponsors, game supplier, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion void here prohibited by law. Entrants need not be present to win. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 10 business days of drawing and does not comply with these Official Drawing Rules, an alternate winner will be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this drawing will be ineligible for prizes and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), misdirected, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, lost or otherwise not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified.
Grand Prize: Winner shall recive the following grand prize: A cruise to the Bahamas. All taxes, registration, travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and delivering fees of the cruise are the sole responsibility of winner. Total retail value of the promotional offer depends on current ticket prices, and shall not exceed $750. This promotion is sponsored by Elink Media, Inc, 224 Datura St. West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Elink Media, Inc participating promoters, and business establishments connected in any way with this promotion will be held harmless and winner does hereby release and indemnify its and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participating in this promotion or any claims arising from the use of the Grand Prize. The winner authorizes at no charge the use of his or her name/picture for future promotional purposes. I acknowledge that I may be contacted as a result of my participation in this promotion. I am aware that I may receive electronic mail and consent to the same.
